Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and the parent or legal guardian of any kid whose profile you create, or otherwise have legal authority to consent for them. Accounts are for adults. Kids may use the Service only through a profile under their parent's account, with the parent's permission and supervision.

You are responsible for your kids' use of the Service, for deciding which practices are appropriate and safe for your family, and for supervising real-world activities.

The parent who creates the account owns it. Kid profiles belong to that parent account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. The family owner may invite another trusted adult as a family member. Invited family members use their own sign-in and may view the family's kids and progress and add notes. Only the family owner may manage billing, kid profiles, family access, or delete the family account.

Keep your password and sign-in methods confidential, and don't share your account credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at futurereadykidsco@gmail.com if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Future Ready Kids provides educational life-skills practice: short real-world practices, reflections, Checkups and parent coaching prompts. It is general educational content.

It is not medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal or other professional advice, and it is not a diagnosis or treatment. Checkups are snapshots to help choose a starting point, not clinical or standardized assessments. Results depend on many factors, and we don't guarantee any particular outcome. If you have concerns about your child's health, development, behavior or safety, please consult a qualified professional. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• create profiles for children you don't have authority to consent for;
• try to access other families' information, other accounts or non-public parts of the Service;
• interfere with, disrupt, overload or probe the security of the Service;
• copy, scrape, resell or redistribute the Service or its content, except as these Terms allow;
• submit content that is unlawful, harmful, harassing or infringes someone else's rights.

The Service and its content, including Skill Paths, practices, coaching prompts, Checkups, text, design and branding, are owned by Future Ready Kids or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your family's own non-commercial use while you follow these Terms. All other rights are reserved.

You keep ownership of the information you and your kids enter, such as reflections, notes, observations and Checkup answers. You give us permission to store, process and display it as needed to operate, maintain and improve the Service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for what you submit and should avoid including sensitive personal details.

Future Ready Kids is operated by H&H Painting Co LLC, doing business as Future Ready Kids ("we," "us"). Memberships are sold by H&H Painting Co LLC.

Plans. One family membership covers all kid profiles in your account. The Monthly plan is $19.99 per month. The Annual plan is $149 per year, billed in advance. Prices are in US dollars. Taxes may be added where required by law.

Free trial. Each new family membership starts with a 7-day free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your membership automatically converts to the plan you chose and your payment method is charged at the end of the trial. One free trial per family.

Automatic renewal. After the trial, your membership renews automatically each month (Monthly) or each year (Annual) at the then-current price, and your payment method is charged at the start of each period until you cancel. We'll tell you before any price change takes effect.

Cancellation. You can cancel anytime from Membership & billing in your account ("Manage billing"). Cancellation stops future renewals. Your access continues through the end of the current trial or paid period, then ends. If you cancel during the free trial, you won't be charged.

No refunds. Payments are non-refundable once charged, including partial periods. The Annual plan is prepaid and non-refundable once charged. These limits don't apply where the law requires a refund.

Failed payments. If a payment fails, we and our payment processor may retry it. Access may continue for a short grace period and then stop until payment is made.

Payment processor. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Your payment details are given directly to Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms and privacy policy. We don't store your full card number.

After a membership ends. Your account, kid profiles and past progress stay readable, but starting or continuing Skill Paths needs an active membership.

Cancellation isn't deletion. Cancelling your membership does not delete your account or family data, and deleting your account is a separate request made from Privacy & account data. If you ask us to delete your account while a membership is active, please cancel it too so you aren't charged again.

We are continually improving the Service and may add, change or remove features or content, including publishing new versions of Skill Paths. We try to keep the Service available, but it may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates or events outside our control, and we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion by emailing futurereadykidsco@gmail.com. We may suspend or end access to the Service if you seriously or repeatedly violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service, our users or others. Where reasonable, we will give notice first. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as ownership, disclaimers and limitation of liability) will survive.

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Real-world practices happen outside the app. Parents are responsible for judging whether an activity is safe and suitable for their child.

To the extent permitted by law, Future Ready Kids will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim, or $50. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your place of residence requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify account holders by email or in the app. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
